Jared writing again... Christmas in Indy was great. More snow than MI. We had a nice time with the fam. We arrived on Saturday and Eric and Kat and fam came over on Sunday. We opened presents and had a great time with all the kids. Sliding down steps, playing with mood dough, eating pasties, pancakes and pie. Kimmy and I gave mom a course in down sizing pictures on her camera and then posting them on her blog. She caught on pretty quick. We certainly had a lot of laughs in the process. We drove back on Monday. Norman and Truman rode quite nicely and very peacefully. Adam said tonight as we tucked him bed that he wanted to stay for 10 days at grandma and grandpa's. I asked him what his favorite things were and he said sleeping in the sleeping bag and pancakes. He went to bed with his little giraffe from kenya and buzz light year.... I wonder what his dreams will be like tonight. Short post gotta get up and move around to keep warm....house still isnt up to temp...was 50 when we arrived home and we're up to low 60s. burrrrr.

Soooooo many happy memories. The pictures tell the story very well. Noah's upside down glasses! His coming down the steps after JB with the kids on his back. Cooking in the kitchen and Norman and Truman. Yesterday we looked at new ring settings and picked out one. Woo, woo. I'm excited. The jeweler was really impressed with the dimond so it's white gold with his recommendation Daddy picked a beautiful one a long time ago. Today the sewing machine goes in for a check up...I'll miss it. And then it's the camera shop and once again the eye doc. for glasses that will improve what I have although I'm pretty happy with what I have. Might help to thread the needle. Can't do that but learned how to use the sewingmachine's needle threader. Necessity is the mother of invention. It's a busy day in Carmel. Great memories from both sides of the family.
