Dr Adam taking Truman's blood
Watching the miner rescue
Jacob thinks he “big stuff” getting to walk into school on his own. He waved at us as he walked by the window in the hallway to his class. At home Adam watched a dump truck video while I fed Eli his breakfast. Then Eli played on the floor with his toys. Adam did some drawings. He loves to tell me about each picture he draws. It was a nice, rainy day. We made hot chocolate to have at snack time. Then the boys and I played house. We always pretend my bedroom is our house. And today Adam’s bedroom was Copper Harbor. After tucking Eli in for his morning nap Adam and I did some drawings with markers. Then Adam played some Webkinz on the computer. Eli woke up just after Adam finished eating lunch. Adam got out the train set to play with and then played with some flour at the counter. Eli ate lunch and then sat on the floor to play with toys. Adam kept going back and forth playing with trains and then flour. As he walked back to the counter he said, “Ok I need to get dirty again.” I was nursing Eli in the chair when Adam climbed on the arm of the chair to sit by us. He smiled and said, “I love you all the way to outer space and back. I love Eli all the way to outer space and back. And Daddy. And Jacob too.” Jacob was excited to talk about music class today and said they got to play instruments. He said they are learning how to “stretch the words” and write them down. The boys played at the counter with flour. Eli took a short nap and woke up just after Daddy got home from work. After dinner we watched the miner rescue, which the boys were very interested in.

Hard to admit but walking into school is big stuff. It's the beginning of another world impacting the JB family. There will be more to come...guaranteed.
I'm feeling very good about his confidence level meeting new challenges. It will even get better. Go Jacob.
