The RockinRRanch

This morning we overslept, waking up around 7:30. Jared quickly got ready for work while I got Jacob ready for school. Jacob ate his breakfast on the drive to school. Jared took him there before going to work. After breakfast we watched "The Cat in the Hat" on PBS. Then the boys and I played "house". Adam likes pretending to cook and asked me if I wanted pancakes or meatloaf. As he flips each pancake he says, "Flip, flip, flip..." He prays for our meal before we eat and always give Eli some cheerios. We drove to Home Depot for a new door and went to Copper Harbor. Eli took a 2hr nap, waking around noon. Adam and I went outside on the deck for a while. My mom came over around lunchtime. After eating lunch we stapled, cut, and filed our coupons. Adam played with legos and Eli played with toys on his highchair. Then Nana read some books with the boys. She walked with us to get Jacob off the bus. He was excited to see her. This evening after dinner Jared and I spray painted a primer on our stools. Then we picked the carrots from the garden. The boys played on their fort. Eli enjoyed swinging. He sure had fun taking a bath in the sink tonight. He got lots of water on the floor from splashing. The boys liked getting their hair washed in the new sink and then they had fun taking a bubble bath.
