Saturday 8-7-10 (Day 15)

Adam got a little messy with markers. He's hiding the blue on his face too.



We were up shortly after 7am and worked on packing. After eating Grandma's pancakes for breakfast we started working on taking the tent down. Truman puked up 3 socks and one of Eli's tank tops. Jacob, Adam, and Andrew liked rolling the air out of the tent and wanted to do it again and again. Before packing up the bikes we took them on one last bike ride. Grandma took care of Eli. Just after 9:00 we got in the van to leave but the van battery was dead. After a jump we were on the road by 9:30. The boys did great on the drive home. The only one that complained was Eli and thats only when he was hungry. I pumped him bottles to feed him on the drive. Jacob said, "Mommy, if you get tired of sitting up there you can come back here and relax." We stopped for lunch and a stretch in Marquette. Around 4:30 we crossed the Mackinaw Bridge. After crossing the bridge we got out for another stretch. Jacob and Adam slept the rest of the trip home. It was just after 7pm when we got home. Jacob and Adam got legos out right away to play with. It took Jacob a long time to get to sleep tonight. Jared and I made popcorn and watched I Love Lucy.
