Dog pile

Jared had a cold ride to work on his scooter this morning. Eli usually wakes up in the mornings around 4:30-5am. He talks very loudly for quite awhile before fussing to nurse. After feeding him I tuck him back into his crib and he usually chats himself to sleep. Lately he really likes chewing on his blanket. Often he covers his face with his it and sometimes falls asleep that way. He's such a sweet little boy. It's hard to get a laugh from him but he easily gives us lots of smiles. He can roll over but he still doesn't do it much. Kenzie came over yesterday afternoon and is staying here for few days. The boys really enjoy having her around and so do we. She sure was a big help today. This weekend we have a couple families coming over to look at the house. While I was busy cleaning Kenzie took the boys outside to play. We packed a picnic lunch and ate on the hay deck. Kenzie and the boys worked on rearranging the hay bales to make a house up there. This evening (and yesterday evening) Kenzie watched Jacob and Adam while Jared and I drove around to look at houses for sale. We also stopped at a couple open houses. Jacob and Adam walk around the house with the walking sticks from Grandpa saying they're Battery D. We got a package in the mail today from Grandma. The boys love their Toy Story pillows and Woody vests. Thank-you for all the wonderful bibs for Eli. He likes looking at and chewing on them. Oh, and the potatoes - can't wait to try those!

Great...the box has arrived. And just look at that handsome Eli sitting in the window. Wow...He's awake and living life. Kimmy...I have such cute grandsons...All 5 of them. Jacob's smile with his pillow and Adam with his Battery D stick. What could be better? Nothing unless you sell the farm.
