Daddy's lego structure.
This is how it looked a couple seconds later.
Fun in the woods.
Going for a hike off the path.
I was up at 6am to exercise. Jacob woke up around 7:45. He whined because he wanted to wake up Max who was in Adam’s bedroom. Max and Adam were playing with each other thru the crib when I peeked in the bedroom around 8:30. We didn’t go to church today because of the sick boys. Right away Adam asked to play with legos. They had fun with them for a little while before eating breakfast. After eating they went back to playing with the legos. Max put some legos on his fingers and said, “I don’t got no fingers." Then he giggled and said, "I teased you” as he pulled them off. We watched a Baby Einstein video. Around 11:00 we went outside. It was a nice day. We took a hike though our woods, which was a lot of fun. Jacob tried to climb a tree but his foot slipped and he hit his chest on a broken branch end. We also took a walk down our road. The boys had fun stepping on each other’s shadows. Jacob tried over and over to step on the head of his shadow. Adam chased his shadow. As Adam picked dandelions he said, “I pine more Mommy!” Jared worked some more on the barn roof. Jacob and Max used sticks to poke holes around the edge of the garden. Max said, “Look at all the holes!” Jacob replied, “Uh huh, so Mommy can plant seeds.” We then had a good time playing in the sand. It was 1pm when we went back inside. We made pizza for a late lunch. Mel and her family came to pick up Max around 1:30. Jacob complained that he didn’t want Max to go home. Hailey liked seeing the baby chicks. We had a nice visit with them. They headed home around 2:30. Jacob and Adam ate one of their Easter suckers. Daddy asked Jacob what flavor his tasted like and Jacob said, “It taste like sugar.” I was sitting in the chair when Adam came over and said, “Lay down (means put up the chair stool).” Then he had me move my feet over so he could crawl up. As he worked on getting up he said, “Commin-up dere Mommy. I careful Mommy.” We read books together. As Adam and I talked about what we did today he said, “Max stay here all day.” He was very excited talking about Max and our time outside. I tucked him in for a nap around 3pm. Jared watched the Red Wings game. Jacob rested on my big pillow. He also played with cars on his blanket. He likes to make tracks on his blanket with the matchbox car tires. Adam woke up around 6pm. He was crying saying, “Bib off” I think he must have been dreaming. Jacob then had to tell me about his five dreams. During the hockey game the tv volume kept going down. We couldn't figure it out. Every time Jared would turn it up it went right back down. We laughed when we realized that Kate was sitting on the remote. After dinner we went out side to take care of the animals. The weather was beautiful this evening. Jared and Jacob took the trash down to the dumpster on the tractor. Adam and I took a walk down to the dumpster. I also pulled the wagon which Adam rode some. Adam said, “Air tires. Pump, pump, pump (as he filled each tire). All better.” Jacob was excited as Daddy let him control the tractor speed. Jared mowed the grass in the back yard while the boys and I stayed on the deck. We came back inside at around 8:15. While the boys ate their snack they stood on chairs by the window and watched Daddy spray off the tractor deck. The boys always race to the bathroom to brush their teeth at bedtime. Adam is always “second winner.” Tonight as he ran behind Jacob he shouted, “Sec-it winner!” The boys were tucked in bed shortly after 9pm.

I've heard that 3 in a sandbox doesn't work. Well, when there is a huge hill of sand there could be 30 on the hill and it would work. Great outdoor pictures. See you soon.
Nice background for your blog. I like the pictures you put on. You sure took some great outdoors pictures.
Max talked alot about Adam on the way home and then when we tucked him in bed that night. I think they had alot of fun playing together.
