Jacob and Adam made this house under the table.

Jacob woke up early but lay in bed until 8:00. Adam was being silly as I changed him this morning so I called him a goofball. He said, "No, you a goofball." The boys watched Einstein. After breakfast they made a house under the kitchen table. I did some cleaning and some laundry. Jacob hooked the shopping cart on front of the dump truck and pretended it was a snowplow. The boys said that it was Truman's birthday and they pretended to make a cake for him. Jacob showed me his many yoga poses and said, "I got good balance." Adam said, "Me too, got bawance."Around 11:30 we headed into town. We went to the dollar store and meijer. After checkout at meijer Jacob walked over to the penny horse. A lady sitting on a nearby bench handed him a penny saying he deserved it with a smile like that. He thanked her and smiled even bigger. During his ride he kept turning around to smile at the kind lady. We stopped by the auto shop to drive past the crashed cars. It was 2pm when we got home. The boys pretended to be cranes as they helped me put away some groceries. After a snack ,we read some books and then I tucked Adam in for a nap. Jacob rested in his bedroom while playing with his cars. I did a 30 min run. Then Jacob played with the moon sand for a short time before we went outside. Jared got home around 4pm. Jacob enjoyed being pushed on the swing by Daddy. While we were taking care of the animals we noticed Kate (who we'd put inside) and wondered how she'd gotten out of the house. We then saw that Grandma and Grandpa were here. Jacob ran to greet them. He showed them his favorite chick (the silkie). Then he wanted to show them how he swings on the "big boy swing." As Daddy gave him pushes Grandma asked Jacob to touch her hands (meaning with his feet). He reached out with his hand and fell off the swing. He laughed and got back on for more swinging. Back inside Jacob played with his wooden tools. Then he showed Grandma his snowplow. She called him up to come shovel her driveway. Jacob played with moon sand and then playdoh until dinner was ready. I woke Adam up shortly before dinnertime. After some cuddles with Mommy he was ready to play with some playdoh. This evening we had fun watching Daddy and the boys play with the tunnel. They also had fun with their tools. The boys were tucked in bed by 9:30.

Yes, where are the pictures of Grandma and Grandpa?

The boys pretended to be cranes, huh? Whooping? Sandhill? We get cranes flying over on their migrations. Sometimes they stay for a day or two. . .
