I was up at 6am. The boys watched the fireman video (their new favorite video) during breakfast. Around 9:30 we headed to town and meet Vikki at ToysRUs. On our drive there Jacob held up his finger saying, “You wanna see my liver (sliver). Its better. A little better, but not much.” Adam was goofing around and Jacob said, “You funny Adam. You a goofball.” Adam said, “No, you a goofball!” Jacob pointed at the cracks in the road saying, “Look at all them cracks, like your Wii board.” We had fun walking thru the toy store with the boys. They each had $3 gift cards to use. With their cards they bought some markers. Jacob got pip squeak markers and Adam got dry erase ones. They brought their wallets and paid with their cards and a little extra money. Vikki stayed in the car with the boys while I ran into JoAnne Fabrics to get Jacob a shovel like Adam's for his birthday. I also went into Dollar store for some wrapping paper. The boys ate lunch on the drive to Vikki’s house. They had fun playing with the toys at her house. We all climbed up in the top bunk of Kenzie's bed. Adam liked it this time (if I was up there with him.) We went outside for a little while. It was a nice, cool day. Around 3pm we headed over to Grandpa’s house for a visit. This afternoon my parents left for a trip to Washington D.C. on their motorcycles. Vikki brought Grandpa his dinner. We had a nice visit with Grandpa. Soon Mel and her kids came over. We went to Mom’s around so we could be there when Kenzie got off the bus. The kids had a great time playing together. Jared came there after work. He climbed really high up in Mom’s maple tree. The kids liked seeing the baby robin’s in a nest. The boys fell asleep in the car on the drive home. Jared and I took care of the animals before taking the boys inside. Jacob continued sleeping on the couch. Adam had fun with his new dry erase markers until dinner was ready. He loved drawing things to erase. Jacob woke up after we’d eaten dinner. He ate his dinner outside on the deck. The boys had fun playing out there while I did a 30 min run. We worked on fencing this evening. It was 9pm when we came inside. The boys did a little coloring with the new markers before getting pj’s on.
