Adam wanted a hug before they ran.

Riding on the ferris wheel.

Watching a kite.

Adam woke up at 8:30 and Jacob was up soon after that. We ate breakfast on the go and headed into town to see the hot air balloons. We made it just before they started taking them down. The boys loved seeing them. We shopped at Goodwill before going home. The boys watched a Bob the Builder video. They set chairs up by each other and covered with a blanket. Adam also put a Baby Einstein video in front of the VCR saying, “Dat for when Daddy gettin the fox.” After lunch the boys played with dominos and Bruder vehicles. Then we went outside to play in the leaves. The boys sure enjoy playing in them. Jacob then made a couple paths in the leaves for them to run thru. Before they'd run he liked saying, "Are you ready, get set, go!" The boys wanted me to take their tickets so they could ride the rides (run thru or sit in the leaves). Then they took turns taking my tickets. We threw leaves in the air and let them fall on us. It was around 2:30 when we came back inside for snacktime and reading. Many time today Adam's been saying to Jacob, "You know what? I love you." And Jacob replies, "I love you." I rocked Adam and then tucked him in for a nap. Then I sat with Jacob as he drew. He rested while playing with foam blocks and built a doctor's offiice. After my run I sat down to play with him. I brought a people (foam block) into his office. He said she was having a baby and brought a doctor in to get the baby out. One Mommy had three baby's. She took them home, lay them in bed, and kissed them all. Jared got home around 5pm. We ate dinner early and then headed over to the balloon festival. The balloons were supposed to launch at 6pm. Due to the wind they didn’t launch. We took a walk to see the airport runway (later we got to watch an airplane land) and then walked over to the barns to watch some of the reining horse show. Adam was dancing cute to the concert music at the festival. The boys had fun running around in the grass. Jacob pretended to be driving a mosquitto spraying truck. We stayed until dusk for the after glow but they also canceled that due to the wind. We got home around 8:30.

Did you get your flu shot? The little silky is LITTLE!
Sweet boys in the leaves. Makes me want to rake some but ours are mostly on the trees yet. City water is in. Goodness me. We are getting to be real city folks. The well will sprinkle the flower beds. No liquid gold for them.

I'm surprised too at all the leaves that are down at your place. Ours are mostly still on the trees too. Nice pictures at the baloon fest.

We have just a couple leaves on the ground and Max got out the rake today asking if we could rake them into a pile and jump in them. When I tell him we have to wait till the rest fall off the tree he asks why. I guess we'll just have to come over to your house. :) The kids would have lots of fun jumping in the leaves together.
