At the Children's Zoo.

Hands up as we go under the bridge.

Watching the penguins being fed.

I was up at 6am to exercise and then I lay back down in bed for a while. Adam woke up at 8:30 and cuddled in bed with us. Soon Jacob was awake too and came into our bed. They had fun riding on our bent knees (cars) and then falling over onto the bed (water). We went out for drinks and donuts and also stopped at a couple stores. Got back home around 11:30. After lunch we headed over to the Children’s Zoo. First we stopped at BabiesRUs. Adam helped me pick out his potty chair. He picked a froggy chair and wanted to hold it while we waited in line at the checkout. We got to the zoo around 2pm. First we walked over to see the bald eagles and the wolves. Then we took the boys over for a ride on the carrousel. Daddy rode on a zebra next to Jacob. I rode on a horse with Adam. That was fun. We watched the alligators swimming in the water. The boys played for a little while at the playground and then we walked around to see the farm animals. There was one baby chick that had hatched. Jacob enjoyed watching the video of a chick hatching. We walked around to look at all the other animals. The boys had fun walking the rock trail across the pond. There was a movable bridge that the boys wanted to walk slowly over. Daddy liked to make it move after the boys were off. We walked to an underground room and saw mostly large catfish swimming by the windows to the pond. We went on a couple train rides and then played in the sand at the Fossil find area. Then we went on another train ride. The boys raise their hand as we go under the bridge. At 4pm we walked over to watch the penguins being fed fish. The boys requested another train ride so we did that again. Then we went back to ride the carrousel again. This time Adam wanted to sit by himself and I sat on the horse next to him. He seemed to enjoy that but the next couple rides he asked me to sit with him again. After each ride the boys were saying, "I wanna do that again." They liked picking what animal they were going to ride on next. We walked thru the gift shop and then over to see the reptiles. Around 5:30 we headed home. Stopped at meijer for some groceries first. Got home at 7pm. Adam had fallen asleep in the car but woke up as I carried him inside. The boys ate a quick dinner while Jared and I made chili. We didn’t eat our dinner until 8pm. The boys were having fun playing with the puppets this evening. Then Daddy gave them fast ride down the hallway while riding on his back. They were tucked in bed shortly after 9pm.
